Hard Hats for Little Heads
Through Hard Hats for Little Heads, BCMS Alliance provides free bicycle helmets
annually to Bexar County children in order to prevent traumatic brain injury.
We have fitted over 1000 bicycle helmets over the years throughout Bexar County, but most often at the local public schools and community health fairs.
Partnering with the American College of Emergency Physicians at a Hards Hat community event.
